ANXIETY, STRESS AND DEPRESSION

STRESS ANXIETY DEPRESSION stands for SAD and sadness isn't good at all 

Feelings of stress, anxiety or depression are normally triggered by things happening in your life which involve:

  • being under lots of pressure
  • facing big changes or challenges 
  • worrying about something
  • not having much or any control over the outcome of a situation
  • having responsibilities that you're finding overwhelming
  • not having enough work, activities or change in your life
  • times of uncertainty.

There might be one big thing causing you stress, but stress can also be caused by a build-up of small pressures. This might make it harder for you to identify what's making you feel stressed, or to explain it to other people. In the heat of the moment, when you're feeling stress or depressed, just calm down, take a deep breath, if possible have a shower, dont put yourself under unbearable pressure and make your BP rise. For whatever reason or situation, don't allow, anxiety, stress, or depression, because of your body and blood reaction. Learn to assume that all is well and that all will be well, tomorrow comes with their own solutions and opportunities. Don't let your personal problems get into you, offload and digest, say it out to the air, and skies. Our level of tolerance differs, everybody is feeling the heats, be it in marriages,  jobs, individual challenges.We must level up our tolerance, we mustn't give up, we must be positive in our mind, negative thinking or negative approaches to circumstances surrounding us isn't the way forward, there's always light at the end of our tunnels
